2. Load-bearing constructional walls (interior and exterior) of a ground floor are made of balks 65/180, quadrilateral whittledwith cut edges joined without nails.
3. Gable walls of the attic: (lateral) wainscot plant - thicknes min. 19mm
4. k=0,27 for ground floor -walls mineral-insulated with 100mm-150mm of fiberglass and k= 0,21 for the attic -mineral-insulated with 150mm-200mm of fiberglass.
5. Assembly duration 10--21 days; after laying a foundation there are not any (wet) works

Houses of :CHATA type are good qualitative product and that is why there are a lot of firms which violate copyrights and property law. Scome of the dishonest firms advertise or product as their own without marking types of houses, teh authors of the design nad technology in this connection pur firm has taken the appriopriate legal measures.

The contract is considered as binding after signing and prepaying of 40% of the whole price of the product. the made contract determines the term of realization and on its basic the 4 copies of the architectural--building project are given.It is a guarantee an acceptance of ordered structural elements of the product for the price given in the concract. The term of fulfilment of the order is 10--20 weeks. The acceptance of the house takes place --loco VALLEY GREEN production plant.The producer bears the loading expenses and transport expensens are borne by a Purchaser (lorry and a 13-meter-semitrailer) The expense is about 2 £ per mile + VAT, it is calculated with a return way.
1. SUPPLY OF STRUCTURAL WOODEN ELEMENTS SET OF A HOUSE OF" CHATA " TYPE (RAW OPEN STATE) COMPRISES OF:
a. Walls with the holes for typical catalogue windows (extermal and internal load-bearning walls of the ground storey)
b. Rafter framing Tie--beams joined with BM firm links, boarding a roof, gables, balcony and porch elements (floor, pillars, handrails)
c. Ground floor and "blind" floor of the storey.
2. THE SCOPE OF ASSAMBLY WORKS MADE BY "VALLEY GREEN GANG"
on the basis of a fundamental assembly contract:
Assembly is completed (rav open state) in 7--21 days, that all depends on a type of a house and the weather.
a. Laying insulating asphalt roofing on the fundations(asphalt roofing and bitumen are bought by the Investor
b. Assembling of external and internal load-bearing walls of the groundstorey, ceiling beams, rafter framing (rafters, collar beams, posts) and porch.
c. External timbering of the roof, single cover of roof with building paper bought by the Investor.
d. Putting down "blind" floor of the storey (ceiling of the ground floor)
e. Unilateral sheeting by wainscot of external walls of a storey and eaves, putting balcony ballustrades.
f. Single protection of external walls against the activity of atmospheric factors by impregnating them with colourless product purchased by the Investor.
Accomodation, feeding of the gang and a set of metal links (nails, boltsand washers) are taken into flat-rate expenses.
3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The system of building houses of "chata" type is an open system which calls for a joint Investor decision concerning the investment realization.
The offer includes raw open or close state and assembling of the purchased elements.
The rest works and material are decor. The choice of materials (we as an advisor) and contractors area taken by the Investor.
Conditions of final building or doing the decor works by R.R.K. VALLEY GREEN
- the choice of practical solutions (e.g. the side of walls insulating vertical and horizontally partition of an attic);
- the choice of materials
- acceptance of the done works (e.g. on the basis of previously built houses + a visit at our firm seat - 11 different houses of "Chata" type, which are the property of our clients).
All houses may be built in the version of mirror image. Changes of the project which do not violate the building construction are possible
